Order Processing

Your order will ship from our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia.

Orders placed by 12:00 pm AWST on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding WA public holidays) are typically processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 pm AWST, or on a weekend or public holiday, will be processed on the next business day.

We partner with a range of trusted carriers, including Australia Post, DHL, StarTrack, and FedEx, to provide the best service for your destination.

Standard Shipping

Express Shipping

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery postcode (not included in the free-shipping promotion).
  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.

International Shipping

General Information & Policies

Carrier Substitution

To meet operational needs, our logistics partner may ship your order with an equivalent or faster service at no extra charge. We will never downgrade your selected shipping service without refunding the difference in cost.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (international orders)

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees levied by your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside our control. For guidance, please contact your local customs office.

Order Tracking

We’ll send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. Please note that tracking availability can depend on the carrier and destination country.

Signature on Delivery

A signature may be required for high-value orders. This feature may not be available in all countries.

Address Issues & Undeliverable Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Reshipping or address-correction fees apply when the address error or refusal is customer-side.
